Where do we start? Well I made contact with Gusti months before flying over to Bali to organise some tours. Gusti was brilliant from the first point of contact. He was so helpful, genuine, informative and the happiest go lucky and friendly guy we have ever met. When we first met him our family instantly connected with him. Gusti looked after us in so many ways from ensuring we have all of our items each time we jumped in the car, to getting us some great tour deals to ensuring we are looked after shopping and helping us at the bank ensuring our safety and getting the best atms etc. Gusti goes the extra mile and his rates are ver affordable! He happily answered all of our questions, recommended other things to do and entertained our 7 year old while he talked non stop all day every day he is so patient and friendly I cannot recommend him highly enough! We were fortunate to meet his family and we bought over some gifts and lucky enough to share some gifts with his family. His family are now apart of our family and we miss all of them every single day. We cannot wait to go back to Bali and holiday with Bali Ritual Tours again as Gusti made our holiday the best one ever! Gusti was our tour guide when on holiday in Bali. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and honest. He’s English is very impressive! We had such a good time, nothing was to much trouble for him. He took lots of photos for us and didn’t mind at all when we changed our day plans when we ran out of time. I have already recommended him to 2 different groups on their travels as I know he would give them an honest and fair price and to see the best spots of Bali.

Gusti was very professional, while being my driver. He was punctual, very attentive, and accommodating for me and my friends. I used his transportation services several times while living in Bali. My friend and I visited Bali for the first time and we had a wonderful experience in Bali with Mr.Gusti who guided and drove us around in Bali, including Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and Penglipuran Village.
